We are working to improve our services by understanding what people need. We talk with clients and families to find out what makes it hard to get care and how we can make it better.

Goal: Look at new technology and tools to improve care.
We are reviewing new technology and equipment that can help us give better care. We put these changes in place, test how they work, and keep track of the results.
In 2024-25, we started an appointment reminders trial at three of our clinics. Read about the story in our Annual Report.
